In the article, The Healing Power of Holding a Grudge by Simon Doonan, I disagree with him. I think that holding a grudge isn't good. "Holding on to anger, resentment and hurt only gives you tense muscles, a head ache and a sore jaw from clenching your teeth. Forgiveness gives you back the laughter and the lightness in your life." I think you should just get forgive the person and not worry about it.
